How does the ordering process work?
Our ordering process is simple and user-friendly. Create your profile and enter your body measurements. Several options are available for this. Select your desired bra style and complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation, and we will begin production of your custom-made bra.
Can I safely provide my body data?
Yes, the security of your data is our top priority. All personal data, including your measurements, will be treated securely and confidentially.
How long does delivery take?
Since each bra is made individually for you, production time is usually 1-2 weeks. Delivery time depends on your location, but is typically 3-5 business days within Europe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to process your request.
Can I return or exchange my product?
Since our bras are custom-made, we unfortunately cannot offer returns. However, should you experience any issues with the fit or quality, please contact our customer service. We will work closely with you to find a satisfactory solution.
How sustainable are MYNE products?
All MYNE products are manufactured in Croatia by our partner. Because we only produce on demand, we avoid overproduction and waste.
We use high-quality and durable materials from Europe, such as ECONYL®. This is a particularly smooth, soft and skin-friendly fabric made from 100% recycled nylon.
